What MoveSafe Does
MoveSafe Relocation is a DBA of EVERSAFE MOVING AND STORAGE LLC, located at 811 Lucerne Ave, Lake Worth, FL 33460. We hold interstate household goods broker authority under USDOT #4021844 and MC #1517170. We do not hold motor carrier authority, and we do not own trucks or employ moving crews.
When you contact us about a move from one state to another, we gather the details a carrier needs: the origin and destination, the size of the household, access at both addresses, requested services such as packing or storage, and your preferred dates. We then arrange transportation with an independent FMCSA-authorized household goods carrier.
The carrier's charges are determined by its published tariff. Before you authorize service, you receive a written estimate and carrier agreement that identify the carrier, the services included, and the terms that apply. Review both documents carefully; the carrier, not MoveSafe, performs the move and is responsible for the goods while they are in its possession.

How We Work
Plain disclosure
We say what we are on every page: a broker that arranges transportation. The independent carrier named in your paperwork performs the move.
Written estimates
An estimate depends on the inventory, requested services, and the selected carrier’s published tariff. Review the written estimate, carrier agreement, and any changes before authorizing service. MoveSafe arranges transportation; the independent carrier performs it.
Interstate only
We arrange household moves between states. We do not offer local or same-state moves, and we do not present carrier crews or equipment as our own.
Who Does What on an Interstate Move
A broker and a motor carrier have different responsibilities. Knowing which is which helps you read your estimate and carrier agreement.
MoveSafe Relocation (broker)
- Collects your inventory, route, access, and date information
- Arranges transportation with an independent authorized carrier
- Provides the written estimate and carrier agreement for your review
- Stays available for questions about the arrangement
Independent motor carrier
- Supplies the crew, truck, and equipment
- Performs packing, loading, transportation, and delivery as agreed
- Sets charges according to its published tariff
- Is responsible for the goods while in its possession
The People You Talk To
Our coordinators work from the Lake Worth office. They explain how brokerage works, gather the information a carrier needs, walk you through the written estimate, and answer questions before and after booking.
Once a carrier is arranged, that carrier's crew and dispatch handle the pickup, transit, and delivery. You will have the carrier's name and contact details in your paperwork, and our coordinators remain available if you have questions about the arrangement.
