When you reach out to MoveSafe Relocation, you will speak with a dedicated moving coordinator who will guide you through the entire quoting process. Your coordinator will ask about your move dates, origin and destination, a general description of what you are moving, any special items or circumstances, and any access challenges at either location such as stairs, elevators, or parking restrictions. This initial conversation typically takes 10 to 15 minutes and gives us the information we need to provide a preliminary estimate. There is no obligation and no pressure to book during or after this call. MoveSafe Relocation gives you time to compare quotes, ask questions, and make an informed decision.
How MoveSafe Relocation Produces Your Estimate
Your coordinator gathers your household inventory, origin and destination states, access requirements, and requested services. Ask whether a survey is needed to establish the shipment details. MoveSafe arranges interstate household goods transportation as a broker; the independent carrier performs the move.
Estimates depend on the inventory, service scope, and selected carrier’s published tariff. Review the written estimate to understand its type, included services, valuation options, and charges. Changes to inventory or services can affect pricing and should be reviewed in writing before you authorize additional work.
Prepare a complete inventory and disclose stairs, elevators, long carries, parking restrictions, and specialty items. Confirm the carrier’s identity and written terms before booking. An estimate is not an unconditional guarantee of price, availability, or delivery timing.
