MoveSafe Relocation is a licensed interstate household goods moving broker, not a motor carrier. We discuss your route, inventory, access needs, and requested dates, then arrange transportation with an independent FMCSA-authorized household goods carrier. The carrier performs the physical move under its agreement and published tariff. Availability, transit windows, valuation options, and additional charges must be confirmed in writing; local and intrastate moves are not offered.

Planning an interstate move from an apartment, condo, or house begins with a detailed inventory and clear access information. MoveSafe coordinates the requested arrangements; the independent carrier supplies the crew, equipment, and transportation. Tell your coordinator about stairs, elevators, building restrictions, fragile belongings, and other needs so the carrier can assess the scope and pricing before service.

If a new role requires a household move across state lines, MoveSafe can coordinate the relocation inquiry with you and your employer. Our scope is household goods brokerage, not office, retail, industrial equipment, or IT relocation. Confirm any employer reimbursement requirements separately and review the independent carrier’s services, dates, and tariff-based estimate before authorizing transportation.

MoveSafe can include full or partial packing requests in your interstate relocation plans. The independent provider confirms available materials, specialty handling, labor, and charges, and performs any agreed packing work. Identify artwork, fragile items, and belongings needing special protection early. Do not assume materials, crating, unpacking, or furniture work are included unless they appear in your written agreement.

A gap between pickup and occupancy may require storage during an interstate move. MoveSafe coordinates the request but does not own or operate storage facilities. The independent provider confirms the facility, conditions, access, duration, charges, valuation or insurance terms, and delivery arrangements. Climate control, monitoring, and availability depend on the provider and must be verified rather than assumed.
